This page is for a team about to divide labor. If everyone owns a prototype a visitor can handle in under five minutes, nobody owns it. Name builder, tester, demo lead. Prototype under a constraint and show the trade-off.
Roles that count
Mentors shrink the constraint. They do not steal the build. Each named role should be able to touch the artifact.
Spectating
A charismatic presenter beside an object they cannot operate has failed the team standard.
