The messy middle is the work
This page is for a team between cardboard and a public check. Version two of a prototype a visitor can handle in under five minutes is the point. Version one is allowed to look cheap. Prototype under a constraint and show the trade-off.
What to photograph
Photograph the miss. Keep the ugly page in constraint card, cheap first build, test notes, demo script. Mentors shrink the constraint. They do not steal the build.
What not to hide
Deleting failed builds so the table looks clean destroys the audit. A speech about the future with nothing on the table dressed as polish.
