Future skills at QFP are practiced on the object on the table: judgment, collaboration, constraint handling, and the courage to demo something unfinished. They are not a poster of twenty-first-century nouns.
The lab check
Can a visitor name the trade-off the team chose? Can each named role touch the object? Did a test embarrass the current version?
What the lab will not certify
It will not certify personality. It will not sell a skills badge with no prototype. Cardboard is a feature. A materials budget is a teacher.
