A demo shows the trade-off, not a speech about the future
The demo script is five beats a visitor can follow without becoming an engineer: user, constraint, object, fail that changed the object, remaining limit. It is not an unofficial contest clock. If the visitor cannot handle the object, the demo is unfinished.
