Progress is a clearer artifact
This page is for the person asking whether the work moved. Count whether a prototype a visitor can handle in under five minutes is easier to mark than last week. Prototype under a constraint and show the trade-off.
What to count
Count dated revisions, empty nodes filled by sources, tests that could miss, refusals that cost convenience.
What not to count
Do not count streaks, new tools, or certificates. A longer weaker sentence is a useful failure: write the date.
